T.E.A.M. Community Clinic: $20 co-pay for spay/neuter surgery and rabies vaccination for cats and dogs of residents of unincorporated areas of Sacramento County with annual income below $35,000. One Sunday per month at the Sacramento County shelter. Call (916) 874-FIXX.
