Voucher Program

*** PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW CAREFULLY ***

You can apply for the Sacramento Area Animal Coalition (SAAC) Voucher Program if you meet one or more of the following criteria:

• Live in the zip codes of 95823 or 95828 and are applying for a pit bull/pit bull mix or Chihuahua/Chihuahua mix, regardless of your income. (No co-payment required)
• Live in one of the following areas and receive public assistance or have an annual household income of $35,000 or less:
  • Elk Grove
  • Yolo County

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT issuing vouchers to residents of Sacramento City, Citrus Heights, Folsom, Rancho Cordova, or unincorporated Sacramento County (including Galt, Isleton, Rio Linda, North Highlands, Antelope, Orangevale, and Fair Oaks).
