When calling on a longtime client, Eleanor Tanaka discovered a colony of cats, including several kittens, living behind a warehouse. Deeply disturbed by what she saw, Eleanor knew the number of cats would continue to grow out of control unless they were spayed and neutered. So she turned to the Sacramento Area Animal Coalition’s Feral Cat Assistance Program to make that happen.
