On Sunday, February 26, the Sacramento Area Animal Coalition (SAAC) will partner with local veterinary clinics and animal shelters to spay and neuter hundreds of dogs and cats belonging to income-qualified families in Sacramento and Yolo County. Spay Day clients will pay just $20 per dog and $15 per cat. Proof of income will be required. |
